One of Australia's most spectacular motor racing accidents and Leigh Wilkins Photography were the only ones to capture all of the action. It happened at the opening round of the 1995/96 Australian Superspeedway Championship and saw a number of cars involved in the 'fireball', to this day it is still regarded as one of the most spectacular series of images ever captured in Australian motor racing.
